Justin is a coastal engineer specializing in coastal zone management and shoreline protection projects, from feasibility studies through detailed design and construction supervision. He also supports stakeholder engagement throughout project life cycles.
As a technical specialist, Justin has worked on a wide range of coastal and marine engineering projects, including shoreline erosion mitigation, climate-resilient adaptation strategies using nature-based solutions, and the design, inspection, and rehabilitation of coastal structures such as revetments, groynes, breakwaters, and beach nourishment projects.
In addition to his technical expertise, Justin has extensive project management experience, integrating and leading multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to budgets and schedules, and client satisfaction.
