Jessica brings extensive experience in hydraulic modeling, engineering design, and habitat restoration across both small streams and large river systems. She develops hydraulic models to evaluate project impacts on regulatory floodplains and to design effective solutions for drainageway improvements and habitat enhancement.
Her technical expertise includes 1D and 2D modeling of complex habitat restoration, flood control, and drainageway projects using SRH-2D and HEC-RAS. Jessica has also prepared construction documents, CLOMRs, and “no-rise” certifications, and provided construction support for projects involving stream restoration, bank stabilization, grade control, and storm drainage systems.
