His work includes hydraulic infrastructure decommissioning and replacement, habitat enhancement, fish passage, channel rehabilitation, sediment management, and protection against scour, erosion, and flooding.
Aaron develops tailored strategies for each project, emphasizing innovation and collaboration to deliver precise, cost-effective solutions. He is experienced with field survey techniques (RTK, UAV, total station, sonar), hydraulic modeling, and 3D CAD design, and his expertise spans aquatic habitats, fish passage, stream crossings, spillways, diversions, and protective works.
