Nicolas brings extensive experience in large-scale coastal and marine engineering projects, including hydrotechnical studies, the design and construction of coastal and marine structures, and the development of climate change adaptation strategies. His expertise covers port terminals, fishing harbors, marinas, and coastal erosion protection works such as breakwaters, jetties, beach nourishment, and soft engineering solutions. He also has a strong understanding of the environmental and social impacts associated with coastal protection infrastructure.
Nicolas has contributed to a wide range of projects involving navigation studies, dredging and sediment management, and subsea cable engineering feasibility. His work includes leading numerous hydrotechnical studies supporting coastal engineering works and climate change resilience programs, such as MetOcean analyses, hydrodynamic and sediment transport modeling, ocean circulation studies, water quality assessments, habitat restoration, and floodplain mapping.
