Graham is a hydrotechnical engineer with extensive experience in project planning, hydrotechnical analysis, design, construction cost estimation, permitting, preparation of construction documents and specifications, tendering, and project construction. His project experience spans water resources engineering infrastructure, including dams, weirs, intakes, and outfalls; river engineering such as bank erosion stabilization, sediment management, and channel modifications; industrial coastal developments, including landing designs, foreshore works, dock and marina layouts, wind/wave analysis, and marina protection; fisheries engineering, including fish passage and habitat restoration; and hydrometrics, including remote sensing, flow gauging, and hydrometric station operations.
Graham primarily works on Vancouver Island and the Pacific Coast, with recent projects including flood hazard assessments and mapping, fish habitat restoration, dam safety, river sediment and debris management, and water infrastructure design and upgrades.
