Dan is a water resources engineer with experience across flood hydrology, flood modeling, flood mapping, river ice engineering and process modeling, river and dam breach modeling, fish habitat modeling, river and creek erosion studies, and seasonal river surveying. He works closely with project teams at all levels, from data collection and analysis to hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, reporting, lead engineering, senior review, and project management.
Dan enjoys tackling complex problems in river ice engineering, hydraulic modeling, flood hazard studies, and advanced municipal hydrology and hydraulics. Recent work includes the Peace River Flood Hazard Study, which addressed complex river ice jam flood hydrology and hydraulics.
