We opened our first California office in 1994, and have provided continuous support to our clients throughout the state with offices in Pasadena, Sacramento, and South Lake Tahoe.  Our staff work closely with non-profits, government agencies, and private corporations to develop sustainable water focused projects in California’s tidal estuaries, expansive floodways, and mountain streams and marshes.
