NHC’s West Sacramento office opened in 1994 and our California operations have since grown to include 26 staff across our Pasadena, and South Lake Tahoe offices. Our staff expertise includes dams, spillways, and outlet works; flood management and flood hazard assessments; river engineering; sediment management; bridge and transportation hydraulics; and aquatic habitat design and restoration.
